Position Overview
The Program Coordinator – Digital Learning will coordinate, design, and manage TiHAN’s digital and blended learning programs. This role bridges academic content, technology platforms, and learner engagement, ensuring timely execution of high-quality educational initiatives.The position requires strong academic grounding, project coordination skills, and familiarity with engineering education and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. (preferred) or PG in Engineering (preferably ECE/EEE/CSE/IT/AIML/Mechanical).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in academic program management or digital learning coordination.
- Strong understanding of eLearning processes, instructional design, and technology-enabled learning.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deliverables, and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and rollout of digital learning programs and workshops.
- Manage program timelines, deliverables, and logistics for digital courses and training activities.
- Collaborate with faculty, researchers, and industry partners for content creation and delivery.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to structure modules and ensure academic quality.
- Oversee the review and deployment of digital learning materials, videos, and simulations.
- Support the integration of engineering, AI, and automation themes into digital curricula.
- Coordinate with the Digital Learning Manager and technical teams to manage the LMS and related tools.
- Track learner progress, course analytics, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain documentation and learning repositories for TiHAN’s capacity-building initiatives.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders — including faculty, industry mentors, and participants — for smooth program operations.
- Facilitate communication between technical, academic, and media teams.
- Represent TiHAN in training-related forums, webinars, and dissemination activities.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and summaries of program outcomes and learner metrics.
- Support project documentation and compliance requirements for funding agencies.
- Contribute ideas for new training formats, microlearning modules, and outreach campaigns.
- Coordinate digital learning awareness sessions, hackathons, or design challenges under TiHAN.
The Ideal Candidate Should possess the following skills and attributes
- Experience working in large academic or research programs (IITs / NITs / Centres of Excellence).
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, MOOC ecosystems, and xAPI or SCORM standards.
- Experience in curriculum design or faculty development initiatives.
- Basic exposure to AI, robotics, or autonomous systems education is an advantage.
Selection Procedure
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on their eligibility criteria, academic record, and relevant experience.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be intimated through email for the interview by the selection committee.
- Merely meeting the criteria may not guarantee a call for an interview.
- The position will be left vacant and a new advertisement with an extended date will be given if no suitable candidate is found.
